SALES DESIGNER

Responsibilities:
– To provide quotation as per design proposed
– Achieve sales target set by the management
– Develop new opportunities with new & existing clients
– Build strong customer relationship
– Ensure close follow up with customers to close the sales deal

Requirements:
– Candidate must posses at least SPM / “O” Level
– At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
– Fresh graduates are also encourage to apply
– Pleasant working attitude, self-motivated, ability to communicate effectively & proactively
– Able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu, English, Chinese
– Well verse in Ms Power Point, Ms Excel, Ms Words
– With own transport and willing to travel outstation & overseas (if required)

QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Responsibilities:
– Need to liase with Consultants, Architects, Clients, and Sub-Contractors.
– Responsible in taking off quantity, claim preparation, monitor site valuation, variation orders, sub contractor’s award & final account.
– Responsible in pre/post contracts operations and contract adminstation.
– Responsible for tender costing & tender documentation.
– Preparing daily / monthly site valuation report & follow up work progress
– Ensure all activities are carried ou timely & within schedule. 
– Performing other duties instructed by superior from time to time.

Requirements:
– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degeree, Engineering (Civil), Diploma, or equivalent.
– At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
– Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
– Experienced in handling cost estimation and tender submission especially for civil and building works
– Familiar with contract matters & adminstrations.
– Possess good interpersonal and communication skill and computer literate.
– Preferably Mandarin speaking candidates due to nature of this work.

SITE SUPERVISER

Responsibilities:
– Attend site meetings, highlight construction problems or defects in order to deliver quality products.
– Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure good project performance in terms of time, quality and cost.
– Monitor and follow up to the sub-contractors on their daily/ weekly/ monthly reports and program timely with adequate information and proper supporting document.
– Ensure all works carry out in accordance to drawings, specifications, procedure and instruction.
– Ensure all activities are carried out timely and within schedule.
– Performing other duties instructed by the superior form time to time.
– Able to travel outstation if when required.
– Implement any and all relevant policies, procedures and work instructions as defined in order to ensure compliance with the Company’s Quality Management Systems, occupational safety, health and environmental requirements.

Requirements:
– Candidate must possess at least  SPM.
– At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
– Possess good interpersonal and communication skill, report and escalate site progress to superior.
– Applicants must be willing to be designated to any site.
– Must be initiative, independent and expected to work well with his team.
– Able to work extra hours when required.
– With own transport and willing to travel outstation and overseas (if required)
– Required skill (s): MS Office
– Required language (s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia

Responsibilities:
– General administrative support: filing, data entry, prepare purchase order.
– Work with various departments to complete necessary projects.
– Maintain proper database and record.
– Assist in the job as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:
–Research, writing, editing and general communication skills – General computer, database and organizational skills.
– Proficient in MS Office.
– Pleasant personality, high motivated, systematic, independent and analytical.
– Spoken and written in CHINESE is compulsory.

Responsibilities:
– Full sets of account, reconciliation, invoicing, budgeting, forecasting and inter-company biling.
Maintain proper database and record for all financial transactions.
Liaise with clients, external auditor, tax agent, government bodies, etc.
– GST submission.
– Assist in the job as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:
– Candidate must possess at least a Degree / Diploma in Accountancy or any other professional qualifications.
– At least 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– Knowledge of MYOB accounting system, Ms Excel and Ms Words.
– Pleasant personality, high motivated, systematic, independent and analytical.
– Spoken and written in CHINESE is compulsory.
